Returns, Alterations & Refunds

 

ALTERATION:

In case we do not live up to your expectations, we will be happy to provide an alteration service at no extra cost*- In case of a blouse or garment. And replacement for other accessories, based on the availability.

Our team will review your request and convey further actions accordingly.

Alteration service would take about 3-5 working days from the date of receipt in our studio to dispatch. We provide free reverse pickup in the eligible pin codes. For other areas, courier charges to us would need to be borne by the customer.

*Altered products are considered as ‘Final Sale’ items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

*All accessories are not eligible for returns and is considered as a 'Final Sale'.  

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

We do not accept returns on Customized Items. For readymade items the returns are accepted, kindly inform us within 7 days of receiving the items.

NOTE: Our INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS have to bear the charges of shipping in case they want to return their order for store credits as a voucher. 

They also have to bear the shipping costs in case of requiring any alterations.

CUSTOMISED Items: 

Please note we will not accept returns for customised products. Also pls note that we do not accept returns if any additional customisation has to be made post delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

For both Indian and International orders, take 5-15 working days to dispatch. Blouses without embroidery take lesser time to dispatch than those with embroidery. Readymade items are dispatched in 24-48hours of receiving order (unless specified otherwise).
 

myTailor.in maintains these delivery schedules except in situations, events or circumstances, which are beyond our control ( the customer is not available, production delays, public holidays and bundhs, adverse weather conditions, mistakes in delivery information, legal procedures). If the estimated date of delivery is on a weekend, the delivery will most likely arrive on the following Monday.
 

INDIA:
 

Standard shipping takes between 3-10 days to deliver post dispatching, depending on the pincode being shipped to.

You can opt for Expedite Shipping by paying Rs.199 extra – connect with us and we will check if Expedite delivery is available in your pincode.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We charge a flat rate of Rs.2500 for shipping outside India to any International destinations.

For International Shipping, please expect additional transit delays as our shipping takes 3-­5 days. Please contact our Customer Service if you need further assistance .
 

CUSTOM DUTIES:

Additional duties which may have to be paid to customs by the customer in certain cases cannot be predicted and myTailor is not responsible in such situations.

Kindly, note that myTailor.in - Online store, which is a subsidiary of Koncept Stores LLP , does not collect your Payment Card details (i.e. credit/debit card number, expiration date, CVV etc.). When you make a purchase using your card, you are automatically redirected to the acquiring bank payment gateway website, where all required transaction details are captured on the secured payment page, and encrypted using Industrial Strength Cipher, and are securely transmitted to your card issuer for obtaining an authorization decision. At no time during the purchase process or thereafter does myTailor.in - Online store have access to, or store, your complete card account information.

Custom and personalized orders

Most of our items are customisable and are personalized for your style and requirement. Yes you can opt for standard sizes as well. However every item will be made fresh on order, we dont store inventory. The pictures of products you see are made for display purposes only.

Sometimes we do sell readymade items made by us for high demand designs, the product page clearly mentions if it is a Readymade item or Custom Fresh item.

While most customisations are accommodated in displayed price, there may be additional charges for increased embroidery work or fabric requirements. Will clearly mention if something like that happens with your customized requirements.

 

Sizing details

You can opt for standard size or custom body size. We will send you a link for online measurements form where you can easily fill out your body measurements. It has step by step instructions to help you get measured easily at home. Its super easy, our customers have been sending us measurements from across the world.

Wholesale availability

Some of our products can be mass manufactured on request. Let us know if you like any design that you want in bulk.

 

Care instructions

We suggest to dry wash the blouses separately. DO NOT machine wash them, especially in hot water.
The embroidery blouses need to be separately washed. Never wash them in machine. Dry wash / Dry clean only.
Store them separately in newspapers or soft papers away from moisture and sunlight.
